How to order

If you want to order any of our products, and your browser supports our Java-Script, you simply just fill out the orderforms in the departments you choose from. The shopping basket in the lower right corner of your browser will update your orders dynamically and show you the numbers of selected products. When you want to submit your order, you just click on the shopping basket and check out the total orderlist. Then you fill out the addressforms and finally you submit your finished order.

Visitors using browsers that doesn´t support the Java-Sript have to send us a plain e-mail with all information about products, units and address.

The minimum order is 500 DKK.

PLEASE BE AWARE that danish VAT (Moms) is included in all prices.

Shipping is NOT included and will be charged according to where the product is shipped. You will be informed about the shipping price in our confirmation of your orders - before you pay!

CONSIDER VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BUY. Unless a product is damaged, we don´t accept any return of shipped products. If you are not sattisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us and we will off course try to help.

We do wholesale worldwide for some of the products too. Wholesellers please mail us and request a special catalogue.

Payment

When we recieve your order we will send you an confirmation and inform you about shipping costs and the expected time of delevery. You then have to make the transaction of the payment through your bank or postoffice, who will wire us the money. NO ORDERS WILL BE HANDLED BEFORE WE RECIEVE THE TOTAL AMMOUNT. We are using an oline-service with our bank and the information of your payment-transaction will be available instantly.

You can also send us a check through snail-mail. In this case please print out our confirmation of your order and send it to us together with the check.

In the near future we will introduce a new service, where you will be able to make a secure transaction of your payment with your creditcard (VISA, MasterCard, Eurocard and Dankort) through the Internet.

Shipping

All shipment of products will be done from Åbenrå in Denmark. To save our costumer some money, and at the same time minimize energy-consumption in the transportation system, we will hopefully be able to decentralize our distribution system and ship the products more smoothly in the future.

It will take 3 - 8 weeks before your products will arrive - we will provide you with information on how long time your order will take, when you order. In the information about the specific products, we will underscore the known possible delays in relation to shipping.
